My name is Patrícia Trigo, I’m 49 years old, and am fascinated by Human Beings and Holistic Medicine. I live my live in consciousness and in harmony with everything that surrounds me. I follow my intuition and am driven by Love, Respect and Compassion.
I am the mentor of the project Integrative Osteopathy®, initiated in 2014, since I have a global and integrative vision of Holistic Therapies.
I want to be able to give a different perspective on Osteopathy to all the people who come to me, that is beyond physical and structural manipulations.
For ten years I worked in Tourism and Management, but in 2006 I decided to change my life to what makes me happy - helping people.
I have been working as a therapist and teacher since 2008 and I feel so happy and fulfilled, that I can’t imagine doing anything else. Some say I have gift, but I just call it vocational passion.
I have been studying, training, travelling and working a lot to get to where I am today and the results of my work speak for themselves. My biggest reward at the end of the day is knowing I could help someone feeling better.
For all of the above, I feel its important to divulge my work, especially the Integrative Osteopathy® project, and promote it so that my patients can benefit from an holistic approach which brings balance and harmony.
I also want to express my Gratitude to all those who have crossed my path, Taught me all the Techniques I know, gave me Lessons of Life that taught me to Feel and See with my Heart, to Awaken and Evolve as a Therapist.
